Jurisprudence periods and revolution in jurisprudence methods is in direct relationship with socio- religious conditions of Shiite communities. In fact, it can be considered as reflecting element of a historical era characteristics, while it can also be considered as influencing factor in forming next era elements. This changes do not just involve jurisprudence branches and expression of religious commandments, rather it involves deduction methods and Jurists’ role in expressing religious commandments. Two important eras of Shiite jurisprudence were simultaneous with Ilkhanid and Teymuri governorship era. First era is recession and imitation era of Shiite jurisprudence, continuing till mid seventeenth century. After that, one of longest eras of Shiite principles and jurisprudence started and Shiite jurisprudence experienced an era of development and mobility once more.In this era, with the advent of grand Shiite scholars, jurisprudence underwent crucial and important changes. In this article the researchers have tried to investigate the factors leading to Shiite jurisprudence recession after Sheikh Tousi as well as the influential conditions leading to its re-growth after Mogul era considering Shiite jurisprudence evolution from Ilkhani till late Teymuri era. However, before that the authors investigated the precious deeds and attempts of some noble figures such as Sheikh Tousi, Sheikh Mofid and Seyyed Morteza by having a glance on the era before Ilkhanid dynasty. Moreover, investigation of the obstacles, opportunities and challenges facing scholars in Mogul era constitutes another part of the article An investigation of Shiite jurisprudence evolution and its vicissitude conditions during the two mentioned eras is the final conclusion of this article.
