During the Qajar era, all kinds of offerings, including robes and offerings, were always exchanged between the king and the lower officials, and sometimes the ambassadors of foreign countries. One of the most important offerings that was given as a royal gift by the king to his subordinates during this period and has been the focus of foreign tourists' attention was the royal robe. Khulat was a kind of garment or body covering that was given to people who had the position, position, and position, especially government officials, by the king at special times, especially during Nowruz. The disrobing and granting of the royal dispensation was accompanied by rituals and requirements, and the position of the people receiving the disrobing and the importance of their services to the Qajar kings played a significant role in determining its type. In this research, we seek to answer this question, based on the understanding and reports of foreign tourists, what was the king's disrobing and disrobing in the Qajar era, and what were the economic functions, consequences, and factors influencing it? The findings of the research indicate that the sending of the khilat by the king until it reaches the person to be blessed was done with special ceremonies, which was economically considered one of the revenue generating channels of the court, and according to the mechanism used to grant the khilat, the expenses related to It was reduced for the court.
