The development programs of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi's period led to the growth and expansion of production centers and factories, resulting in the increase of skilled and unskilled workers. In the meantime, as a result of the second Pahlavi's modernization policies, women participated in economic activities more than before. Women workers were recruited as auxiliary forces in carrying out reform programs. In the press of this period, the social and economic conditions of working women were not reflected much. The only magazine that dealt with women's labor issues in the period of 1354-1355 was Rastakheez Kargaran, which addressed issues related to them in various articles and news columns. Therefore, this research seeks to answer the question of how the social and economic issues of working women are reflected in this magazine. The argument is that this magazine, while reflecting the modernization discourse of government of the time, has changed the traditional attitude of society and women towards labor jobs, especially jobs that were considered male in the past. The findings ofresearch show that in addition to destigmatizing the economic activity of women alongside men, this magazine has also made efforts to inform women about issues such as labor law, health in the work environment, and their physical health, and by drawing the capabilities of women, it has encouraged them He used to train day and night in training centers. This article has used library method and content analysis to check data by using the numerous issues of the present magazine
