دانشگاه تبریز فصلنامه تاریخ نامه ایران بعد از اسلام 2251757X 10 19 2019 06 22 Movement Constitutional in Talesh (1906-1910) جنبش مشروطه‌خواهی در تالش (1330-1324 ق) 25 47 9223 10.22034/jiiph.2019.9223 FA نگاه عبدلی معلم/ اموزش و پرورش نصراله پور محمدی املشی عضو هئیت علمی دانشگاه بین المللی امام خمینی قزوین حجت فلاح توتکار عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه بین المللی امام خمینی قزوین Journal Article 2018 10 23 After the disintegration of Talesh soil by the Russians during the reign of Fath-Ali Shah Qajar, that remained the southern part of the Gilan province, were divided to the five districts which named Kargan Rud, Asalem, Talshedula, Shanderman and Masall, they were called “Khamseh Tavalesh” and the leadership of its districts was transferred to five dynasties of local Khans. <br />The ruler of Kargan Rud was Nusrat-ollah Khan(sardar amjad), during the constitutionalism period. The period of the Sardar Amjad`s leadership has been marked as one of the darkest periods in the history of the Talesh due to oppress the unprecedented of the people. Under such condition, in spite of the peasants of Talesh had the background of the rebellion and the oppressive morals and part of the community were not immune from the ruler of khan, they were susceptible and disposed opportunities for rebelling and rioting. The occurrence of social revolutions on the eve of the twentieth century was the culmination of the Russian Social-Democracy Movement in the Neighborhood of Gilan and Tavalesh, and its join with the centers of liberalism in Gilan and the beginning of the anti-authoritarian uprisings in Iran, which was gradually called the constitutionalism revolution, the people of Talesh also stand up and their struggles against the Khan`s oppression and his local supporters and Russian have made join with constitutionalism. پس از تجزیه خاک تالش به‌وسیله روس‌ها در زمان سلطنت فتحعلی شاه قاجار، بخش جنوبی آن‌که در ایالت گیلان باقی ماند، به پنج بلوک با نام‌های کرگان رود، اسالم، تالشدولا، شاندرمن و ماسال تقسیم گردید و «خمسه طوالش» خوانده شد و اداره آن بلوک‌ها به پنج خاندان از خوانین محلی واگذار گردید.<br />در دوره مشروطیت حاکم کرگان رود، نصرت‌الله خان عمیدالسلطنه (سردار امجد) بود. دوره حکومت سردار امجد به سبب روا داشتن ستم‌های بی‌سابقه بر مردم، به‌عنوان یکی از سیاه‌ترین دوره‌ها در تاریخ تالش رقم خورده است. در چنان شرایطی دهقانان تالش و بخشی از اقشار متوسط تالش که از گزند خان حاکم در امان نبودند، آماده فرصتی برای خیزش بودند. اوج گرفتن جنبش سوسیال‌ دمکراسی روسیه و پیوند آن با کانون‌های آزادی‌خواهی در گیلان و آغاز خیزش‌های ضد استبدادی در ایران که تدریجاً انقلاب مشروطیت نامیده شد، مردم تالش نیز به پا خاستند و مبارزات خود علیه خان حاکم و حامیان داخلی و روسی‌اش را با مشروطه‌خواهی پیوند زدند. https://tuhistory.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_9223_978ed9a7b173f16558e3473202fa30fa.pdf
