The health system in this era was fused fatalism accompanied with the lack and shortage of governmental care services. The people were also indifferent towards sanitary issues.In this situation the belief of people greatly affected the healthcare system and classified the system into three sub groups consisting of: Physicians, Magicians and charlatans, and lastly old females. The information source for the healthcare workers came from either their elders’ experience with diseases or the knowledge provided by vulgar medicine in terms of identifying and curing illnesses. Medicine of the Naseri era is also noteworthy because of the introduction of new Western medicine offering new methods of treatments which caused some controversies. The teaching of novel medicine in "Dar al-Funun" was a turning point in the history of medicine in Iran, but this didn't decrease the importance and attention that vulgarmedicine received. Actually at the end of this era, vulgar medicine stood alongside novel medicine and was used cooperatively. This paper will try to fully explain the reasons why the people were so interested in vulgar medicine, and why it remained intact during the Naseri era while modern medicine had been introduced during that time.}, keywords = {Keywords: Naseri Era,vulgar Medicine,Health Culture,Physicians,Magic}, title_fa = {طب عامیانه در ایران عصر ناصری}, abstract_fa = {چکیده یکی از موضوعات مهم در تاریخ اجتماعی ایران عصر ناصری، که تابه‌حال چندان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است، نقش و جایگاه طب عامیانه در نظام درمانی می‌باشد. نظام طب و درمان در این دوره به نوعی آمیخته با تقدیرگرایی و در شرایط فقدان و کمبود هر نوع خدمات طبی دولتی و نیز کم توجهی خود مردم نسبت به امور بهداشتی بود. در چنین شرایطی، باورهای عامیانه در ارائه نوع خدمت درمانگران مختلف در شاکله سه گروه عمده حکیمان و دلاکان، گروه‌های مرتبط با اوراد و ادعیه خوانان و نیز زنان و پیرزنان، تأثیرگذار بود. منابع اطلاعاتی این درمانگران، اغلب برگرفته از دانش پیشینیان در قالب طب سنتی و طب عامیانه‌ی مرسوم بود که مورد اخیر در ارائه راه‌های شناخت بیماری و شیوه‌های درمانی، نقشی مهم بر عهده داشت. طب دوره ناصری به جهتی دیگر نیز مطمح نظر می‌باشد و آن ورود طب نوین فرنگی با راه‌کارهای جدید درمانی بود که این موضوع مخالفت‌هایی را به دنبال داشت. تدریس طب جدید در دارالفنون نقطه عطفی در تاریخ طب ایران بود، اما این امر از سطح گرایش مردم نسبت به طب عامیانه نکاست؛ بلکه در پایان این دوره، پزشکی نوین هم ردیف با طب عامیانه در کنار هم به کار گرفته می‌شدند. این مقاله به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، به بررسی علل تأثیرگذار در گرایش مردم به طب عامیانه و تداوم آن در دوره ناصری علیرغم ورود طب نوین فرنگی خواهد پرداخت.}, keywords_fa = {کلیدواژه‌ها: دوره ناصری,طب عامیانه,فرهنگ سلامت,شیوه‌های درمانی,درمانگران,جادو}, url = {https://tuhistory.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_4406.html}, eprint = {https://tuhistory.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_4406_53f5f30fb8e714e6fb9be65d6519b9d6.pdf} }
