This justification is a pretext and excuse rather than a reflection of all the facts. In those days one of the most important governments pretext for expansion was the religious justification. To spread the Muslim religion and its precepts by holding was usually one of the most important excuses of Muslim governments to increase the power and territory.The duty of Jihad, was the main pretext for the conquest of Muslims in non-Islamic lands. But when some of these governments wanted expansion within the territory of Muslim and against other competitors, Because of the limited use of jihad for campaign in the Dar-al-Islam, attempt to other precepts By holding was their excuse.  One of these excuses was trying to help perform the Hajj duty to its own nationals. Since the introduction of the duty was security of way of the pilgrims from Mecca and Medina within their territories, Muslim governments always knew one of his duties with such security. By this excuse, and in fact to justify its expansion in the scope of their neighbors, they would intervene and conquest.Such a thing seems to be pretext of The East Iranian Muslim governments. Because their pilgrims to perform Hajj, must pass through the center and the West of Iran.Raising such claims in the history of Iran in the Islamic period, has started probably from Ghaznavid dynasty and has continued until the middle of the Safavid era. In this article, the process of this claim of the East Iranian Muslim governments, in their relations with the governments of the West and Center of Iran, is being studied.}, keywords = {Key words: The Hajj,the governments of East Iranian,expansionism,Jihad}, title_fa = {مسأله راه حج در مناسبات حکومت های شرق و غرب ایران ( از غزنویان تا صفویه)}, abstract_fa = {همچون امروز، در جهان گذشته نیز توسعه طلبی دولت ها معمولاً نیازمند توجیهاتِ مشروعیت بخش بود. این توجیهات بیش از آنکه بازتاب همه واقعیت باشد بهانه و دستاویز بود. در آن روزگاران یکی از مهم ترین بهانه های توسعه طلبی حکومت ها دستاویزهای دینی بود. ازجمله در میان حکومت های مسلمان نیز معمولاً برای افزایش قدرت و قلمرو، گسترش دین و برپائی احکام آن یکی از مهم ترین بهانه ها به شمار می آمد. انجام فریضه جهاد برای گسترش دین اسلام اصلی ترین مستمسک مسلمانان برای کشورگشائی در سرزمین های غیر اسلامی بود. امّا آنگاه که برخی از این گونه حکومت ها می خواستند در درون سرزمین های اسلامی و علیه دیگر رقیبان مسلمان خود دست به توسعه طلبی بزنند، از آنجا که حکم جهاد کاربرد چندانی برای لشکر کشی در درون دارالاسلام نمی توانست داشته باشد، تلاش برای برپاداشتن برخی دیگر از احکام دین را دستاویز خود می کردند. یکی از این دست بهانه ها، تلاش برای کمک به انجام فریضة حجِ اتباع خود بود. از آنجا که پیش نیاز انجام چنین فریضه ای امنیت راههای گذر حاجیان از سرزمین خود تا مکه و مدینه بود، دولت های مسلمان همواره یکی از وظایف خود را برقراری چنین امنیتی می دانستند و به همین بهانه و در واقع برای توجیه توسعه طلبی خود، در قلمرو همسایگان دست به دخالت و کشورگشائی می زدند. در ایران به نظر می رسد دولت های مسلمان شرق ایران بیشتر به این بهانه دست یازیده باشند. چه حاجیان سرزمین آنان بودند که برای انجام حج باید از مرکز و غرب ایران گذر می کردند. طرح چنین ادّعاهائی در تاریخ ایران بعد از اسلام، گویا از روزگار غزنویان آغاز و تا میانه های روزگار صفویه ادامه یافته است. در این نوشته تلاش شده است روند طرح این ادّعاها از سوی دولت های مستقر در شرق ایران در مناسباتشان با دولت های مرکز و غرب ایران در دورة یادشده بررسی شود. از این روی این یک مطالعة طولی و تا اندازه ای مقایسه ایست و سعی می کند چگونگی زنده بودنِ یک ادّعا را در طول چند دوره از تاریخ ایران نشان دهد.}, keywords_fa = {واژگان کلیدی: راه حج,دولت های شرق ایران,توسعه طلبی,جهاد}, url = {https://tuhistory.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_3174.html}, eprint = {https://tuhistory.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_3174_ee60f1a1af59e2021d6dc967d54a658e.pdf} }
